  • Provides financial information to local as well as German group management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports; data entry into group reporting tool.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Evaluates the creditworthiness of customers before granting or extending the credit.
  • Minimizes the cost of investment in receivables.
  • Minimizes the possible bad debt losses.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Responsible for entering monthly payroll-relevant data in SAP HCM and for managing the time recording workflow
  • Preparing the monthly payroll (including upstream and downstream activities) for a defined payroll area
  • Checking the payroll accounting for plausibility and also the digital exchange of data via EEL and AAG
  • Correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies, etc. as well as preparing certificates for authorities
  • Preparing and maintaining documents of the office and all other business processes and establishments at a timely manner
