Job Description

Purpose:The Hair Salon Manager will be responsible for Managing a Hair Salon in Dubai, day-to-day staff management and clients, manage salon Expenses and stock, increase revenue through increased clients satisfaction, clients retention, service sales, retail sales, upselling, and provide hair services to clients.Accountable for achieving the target gross profit and while maintaining the brand standards and ensuring the highest clients satisfaction and clients experience.???Responsibilities: ?

  1. Provide amazing hair services to clients with great customer satisfaction.
  2. Increase gross profit.
  3. Ensuring frontdesk, stylist & beauticians are giving great customer service and doing amazing work to ensure clients satisfaction.
  4. Increase clients satisfaction.
  5. Reduce clients complaints.
  6. Increase clients retention.
  7. Increase clients referrals.
  8. Increase Retail Sales per visited client.
  9. Increase average service sales receipt per client.
  10. Ensuring salons are always presentable and be rated 5 Star to further enhance clients experience.
  11. Responsible for setting staff targets and KPI?s based on the objective profit.
  12. Management of salon assets and inventory.
  13. Recruitment of salon, frontdesk, and stylists
Qualifications:
  1. Senior Hair Stylist Experience
  2. Must have several years of experience in managing a hair salon.?
?Pay Package:
  • Salary: 15,000 Monthly Salary + Sales commission
  • Free Medical Insurance
  • 30 days paid Vacation + & up to 13 paid local holidays
