Exciting Human Resources Business Partner position, supporting a workforce of 300-450 people across the UAE offices.Client DetailsOur client are passionate about partnering with government organisations and individuals to help transform the lives of less fortunate young people to provide internationally recognised qualifications. They support over 100 countries worldwide to help transform lives.DescriptionConsult closely with internal customers and other stakeholders to understand current and future business needsBuild an in-depth understanding of the business, the opportunities and challenges, and of how those relate to wider issues across the broader organisationDeploy a range of specialist approaches to support the provision of high-quality services and adviceApply advanced knowledge of Human Resources Management to solve a range of complex business issues within the organisationInfluence partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service and ultimately improve productivity and performanceProvide specialist, functional expertise advice or ideas into the development and implementation of corporate or regional change projectsAdvise and support senior management on people requirements, including organisation design, talent acquisition and management, and people change implementationMonitor headcount, locations and skills forecast for the business and develop workforce planning models aligned to the business planning cycleProfileThe successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and experience:Previous HR BP experience supporting a large (100+) employee workforceAbility to work, communicate with and influence senior stakeholders effectively.Proven ability to effectively coach managers and leaders on complex HR issuesPresents sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others.Adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.Understands and appreciates different and opposing perspectives and adapts an approach as required of a situationAbility to thrive in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment and maintaining focus on impactJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances.
