Job Description

  1. Manage and coordinate all company documentation.
  2. Responsible for recruitment and selection activities for technical, professional, and managerial level positions to include advertising in various Job portals, and management of interview process
  3. Create and maintain a database of resumes and job applications
  4. Do routine correspondence, receive, distribute, file, channel approved documents and requests, claims, reports that need to go to other departments and submit completed correspondence for signatures.
  5. Maintain external correspondence and inter-departmental communication between the Head Office in UAE and Kuwait office and departments and ensure that instructions are followed.
  6. Check pending work and draw up inter-department correspondence due to for replying.
  7. Maintain and organize staff documentations and files as per the new company policy and filing process that include but not limited to preparing/filling of offer letters, employment agreements, certificates, contracts, internal typed memos and circulars.
  8. Manage and maintain computerized records of new applications and existing all staff in the HR system.
  9. Monitor and update the attendance/biometric reports for all employee and take necessary actions.
  10. Manage the monthly payroll in coordination with department heads and HR department in Kuwait.
  11. Manage the policies and procedures uploading in shared folder.
  12. Coordinate with the Public Relation Officer (PRO) on the residency and health books renewal.
  13. Work on and update all the online government portals with the necessary data.
  14. In charge of preparing and processing employee?s licenses required for the company operations:
  15. Work permits
  16. New residency permits
  17. Renewed residency permits
  18. Transfer of residency permits
  19. Commercial Visas
  20. Issuing and renewing Civil ID
  21. Settle and collect prescribed fees for licenses or work permits in coordination between the accounting department and the PRO.
Update operational records and residencies? information (such as dates for residency renewal, residency expiry dates) using portal and online terminals
