  • Leading HR projects as assigned.
  • Planning, directing, and implementing a variety of HR programs.
  • Directing and coordinating programs and initiatives for the HR department.
  • Researching and identifying trends in HR and stay current on policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other employees in the HR department.
  • Driving alignment across all of the pillars of the HR team (i.e. Strategy, L+D, Payroll, Events, People Ops).
  • Candidates should be from a consulting background.
