-To organize and deliver internal audit activities with minimum supervision, including the preparation and execution of an audit plan.-To make presentations to senior management on audit & agree action plans to address issues.-To report on findings & recommendations & monitor managements response & corrective action plan.Stakeholder Management-To identify areas of risk, internal control deficiencies and make recommendations on improving policies, products, systems and procedures.To partner and provide coaching and guidance to the business for control optimization and ensuring a well-managed Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program.?Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 8-10 years in Finance/Audit functions of MNC FMCG Companies/Commodities Trading companies.?Will involve travelling to different countries for field audit reviews.?Should be a quick learner, energetic & good team player.?Should have excellent analytical, reporting & communications skills.?Should have good exposure to working in SAP Environment.?Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word required-Should have good exposure to working in SAP Environment.-Good understanding and awareness of Risk and Control concepts.
