We are hiring......Real Estate Agents are required for our Groups Real Estate brokerage arm in Media City, Dubai, UAEJob Requirements:1- At least 2year experience as a real estate broker in re-sale, off-plan property sales or developer sales in Dubai2- Excellent social communication skills3- Written & Spoken English language proficiency is required, other additional languages are most welcomed4- Having the knowledge of using basic communication software, Microsoft Office group or Similar5- Having own transportation is requiredJob Benefits:1- Commission from 60% to 80% segregated by targets and source of leads2- Own effective marketing campaigns3- Daily focused training & coaching sessions for various topics related to the industry and newly launched projects4- Comfortable working environment5- Listing properties on paid portals to increase qualified leads traffic6- Free Parking space available7- Working schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM for 5 days a week8- Assistance with deal closures when required9- Ongoing communication and training with developers whenever required10- The opportunity to sell our Group?s own projects when launched with better commission incentives11- Fast commission pay-outs as soon as they are credited12- Calling allowance on monthly basis13- Access to an excellent CRM to facilitate follow-up with your client14- PC laptopNotes:1- This is a non-salaried job, it is based on commission only2- Applicants for this type of work should be able to financially sustain themselves for at least 3 months, commissions can be paid before if deals are closed3- The company will provide a valid residence visa+insurance subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
