Microsoft Power Platform Developer - Dubai BasedJOB DIMENSIONS:As a Power Platform Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents, among others. These solutions allow you to address optimisation scenarios within the organization.Role as Power Platform Developercandidate will be the OWNERSHIP for the following subjects: Maintain detailed technical documentation and create release notes for new features Developing Apps using Power Platform and offer support for the entire Application Lifecycle Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements within affiliate entities and GGIP Work on challenging technical tasks, as part of the team, to further build up and improve knowledge sharing Utilize problem-solving skills to understand our pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing Assists in migrating, converting, and improving existing solutions from older versions of SharePoint and .NET applications to Power Platform and SharePoint Online platform. Provide expertise and support to the Technical Division and IT members to determine how to best implement, support, and use Microsoft Power Platform. Determine when Microsoft Power Platform is not the right solution for a business problem and communicate this effectively to the Digital Factory.CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT? Large complex multi-projects being run in parallel with very different drivers and timeline.? Unstable political situation in country and security issues,? New government currently being formed. O&G revenues constitute 95% of state budget.? Un-sophisticated counterparts and difficult decision process.? COVID-19 challenges with mobilizations and supply chain (Suriname and Trinidad).? Transfer of existing Ratawi field operatorship to TTEEPRH to be fast and successful.? Accelerated and challenging affiliate ramp-up for fast-track projects,which are at various development stages.ACCOUNTABILITIES: In accordance with the context, the organization in place and the respective roles of the Technical Director and Digital & Innovation Manager, the accountabilities of this role are to:? Protect the Group?s interest with regards to its activity as an Operator,? Ensure the affiliate?s compliance with its contractual obligations towards the Host Country,? Lead the issuance of a comprehensive Strategic and Integrated Operational Planning for TE EP Ratawi Hub,? Align all the internal and external stakeholders on the affiliate Strategic and Integrated Operational Planning,? Support when needed the affiliate focal point (Corporate Planning Development Manager) for the Long Term Plan yearly exercise,? Share information and experiences on JV matters with other affiliates and head-office,? May act as representative (or alternate) in technical meetings.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED? Studies: MsC or BsC in Engineerin in information technology. Computer or business information systems? Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform ? MS PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Bi? Strong .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, Javascript, Html and CSS? Ability in developing good relationships within the different departments of TTEEPRH and Projects teams.? Soft skills: abilty to influence, listen, convince, coordinate and facilitate; proactive behavior.? Ability of transverse management; capability to work in a multidisciplinary team.?
