Project Site Supervisor I Real Estate I Al Futtaim EngineeringOverview of the role:Key Accountability 1:�Project ManagementResponsible for :

Support the construction manager in coordinating with Engineers and Supervisors in quantifying total material requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, planning / arranging of material delivered to site.
Ensuring timely forwarding of DO?s to HO.

�Key Accountability 2:�ENGINEERINGResponsible for :

Getting approved material details to ensure the same are being supplied by the vendor and in line with project requirement.

�Key Accountability 3:�Quality / StandardsResponsible for :

Ensure the materials are stacked in stores acceptable to industry standards. Ensure the delivered material are having quality to endure the duration to be used.

�Key Accountability 4:�Health, Safety & EnvironmentResponsible for :

Support the project in ensuring that all company and sub contract personnel are complying with AFE HSE Policy.
Reporting all personal injuries and incidents and assisting with investigations.
Actively supporting and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
Ensuring JSAs are completed as required.
Ensuring proper housekeeping and stacking of material in line with the project standards at all times

�Job Context:

The Project Site Supervisor is to support the project team in accomplishing the assigned tasks within the framework of the company policies and procedures.
