Job Description

  • Understand the need of the requirement raised by the users.
  • Communication with suppliers and request for quotations.
  • Price evaluation of various offers and issue purchase order.
  • Follow up for the delivery, verification of invoices for timely payment.
  • Monitoring supplier performance.
  • Developing and managing a strong local and international supply chain.
  • Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrating the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.
  • Developing the procurement strategy.
  • Negotiate suppliers? terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Explore alternate sources and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Nominating agents for import shipment, follow up with the shipper for documents for local clearance activity.
