The purpose of this job is to build the team, motivating and delivering sales targets on a monthly basis.
The right candidate will have experience as a Manager running sales teams and be able to demonstrate a proven track record.
Managing a team of sales professionals
Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
Exposure to regional and global markets
Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets

Strong sales activity management experience
Lead and train the sales team to achieve stretch targets

Must have his/her own stock
Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
Superior management and professional leadership skills; capable managing a team.
Strong understanding of Real Estate law and local fair housing laws and provisions.
Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility. Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
