Job Description

ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Relationship Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth. You will be responsible in maximising revenue from all streams in the Facility Rental department and create new opportunities for growth, managing relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued and be accountable for the revenue generated in allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.?Term: Full time, 2-year contract, which is renewable.Package: In the region of AED 12,500 including all allowances?Key Objectives: ?

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues
  • Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management
  • Manage and business develop FR programs at all venues
  • Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure ALL users are considered and serviced to a high standard
  • Embrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management
  • Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodies
