Looking for a Female Sales Coordinator (Fresher)* Assisting Sales team* Prepare and/or compile submittal documents for construction projects and coordinate with clients to respond to their comments.* Track submittals and update status regularly* Support sales team by providing the required office support in terms of documentation, sample boards, order tracking, etc.* Follow-up with customers regarding quotations, new orders.* Understand product specs and support sales team with technical queries when required.* Follow up for the payment of due invoices and ensure that they are paid in a timely manner according to the agreement with various customers
