Job Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Analyse the competition brand closely.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
