Job Description

JOB SUMMARYThe Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year? and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all Lab ?products through strategic sales technique ?to existing and new customers. The Sales Manager shall play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to the Lab team. He shall also be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies for the company in all product range in the UAE ?market.As our sales manager, you will:Set a vision for the teamProvide a processCoach your salespeople to use the process and achieve the visionOn a weekly basis, you will:

  • Meet with reps to provide feedback, support, and training
  • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed quotas
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on regular basis
  • Lead weekly and/or monthly meetings with sales team and leadership
  • Implement performance plans
  • Develop sales contests and incentives to drive performance
  • Manage day-to-day performance of sales reps and deliver reviews
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1)??? Manage the Sales & Service Engineers in Lab Department2)??? Generate Sales, Marketing, Promoting Selling Horizon Products, Prepare budgets, meeting Budgets, approve budget expenditures, & ensuring for a Monthly & yearly substantial Growth/Increase.3)??? Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance & submission of Weekly & Monthly Reports/Plans. Conduct Weekly & Monthly Meetings with Lab department and other various Departments.4)??? Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.5)??? Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.6)??? Provisioning of market intelligence and contribution to market research projects7)??? Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.8)??? Maintaining Excellent Relationship with Existing clients and Establishing New Clients in Dubai & NE Markets.9)??? Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.10) Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, or other subjects of sale.11) Determine price schedules and discount rates.12) ?Coordinating with entire Departments and in particular? Finance Department for pricing and other financial affairs ,13) Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.14) ?Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.15) . Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment, Reagents and customer specifications.16) ?Contract negotiations in coordination with Operations, Finance and Contract Management17) ?Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.18) ?Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.19) Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.20) ?Direct clerical work to team members to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.21) Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.22) Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.23) Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.24) Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets..25) Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.26) Interact and hunt New Principles/Suppliers for expansion of the current Business Development of the Organization27) Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive?s sales and activity performance28) Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.29) Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses30) Assists Account Executive in preparation of proposals and presentations.31) Conduct Inventory check at the end of every fiscal year in coordination with Finance & Logistics Departments.32)??????????????? ?Work and Operate in accordance to HMS company Policies and?
