About The Role?To ensure timely execution of rental reservations, increased allocation of vehicles for walk and overall improvement in customer satisfaction by adhering to agreed standards concerning Vehicle delivery and collection , focusing on exceeding customer satisfaction, growth and profitability with overall objective to exemplify the Hertz vision and brand image.?Key Accountabilities:?Rental Reservations Manifest Execution

  • Run daily reservations manifest for all branches in Dubai and Northern emirates
  • Dispatch vehicles as per the reservation manifest to all branches
  • Manage driver allocation to reservation
?Rental Delivery and Collection???
  • Manage vehicle delivery to customers- Contact customers and assign drivers
  • Collect vehicles from customers ? Contact customers and assign drivers
?Walk Up?????????????
  • Ensure 30% of total reservations for the day are provided as Walk up vehicles
  • Liaise with the Yard team to ensure adequate stock of clean vehicles
?Delivery Board update??
  • Update the delivery board at the start of each shift and assign drivers as per the delivery schedule
  • Communicate with the Vehicle Preparation Supervisor to ensure timely delivery
?Daily Huddle?????
  • Ensure the Huddle board is updated at the start of each shift followed by a huddle with all associates and drivers
  • Reporting
  • Send an updated report on the collections manifest on a daily basis to the supervisor/manager
  • Email the Shift Handover document to the supervisor/manager at the end of each shift
?Service Advisor
  • Attend to customer queries concerning service and maintenance after office hours i.e. from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM and all day on Friday if rostered on duty
  • Attend to Breakdowns and emergencies after office hours i.e. from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM and all day on Friday?if rostered on duty
?Customer complaints and resolution??????
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Where required customer challenges are escalated to the Supervisor/Manager as per process agreed.
  • Ensure that professional communications are upheld at all times by both email and phone. This is with both internal and external customers.
?Driver Management??????
  • Ensure any lateness or sickness is reported to the operations supervisor
