Call Center Agent | Outsource RoleOverview of the roleÿResponsible for answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems. In charge of handling both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.ÿWhat you will doÿ?ÿÿÿManage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.?ÿÿÿRegister customer requests on the system, record customers data and coordinate with other divisions in that regard.?ÿÿÿProvide quality, efficient, and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external customers.ÿ?ÿÿÿEscalates complaints to concerned parties in Contact Center or any other division and follows up on action taken.?ÿÿÿConduct satisfaction surveys through customer calls.?ÿÿÿPrepare a report on call center activities.ÿ
