Job Description

  • Ensure that all project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Responsible for Project Financial and Cost Management:
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Budget planning and cost estimating, and control to meet budget
  • Determine and define scope of work and deliverables and align on it.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Manage and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations??
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Manage project schedule & activities ensuring schedule of all deliverables
  • Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors, and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Manage project Design, BOQ, tendering, selection, contracting, and claims Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreement
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Selecting and leading project teams and contractors.
  • Managing strategic relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring project performance in terms of quality, time and budget and taking necessary actions timely.
  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project, needed reports for details & consultations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
