Job Description

We are looking for someone with at least 8 years? experience (this role reports into the Project Director) in a similar role who is used to working on a variety of large commercial projects e.g., hotels, shopping malls, commercial and residential tower blocks etc. You must be prepared to relocate to Fujairah,our client provides a company car.?Description:?

  • Maintain database for commercial projects within the deadline and supervise any necessary changes in the plan
  • Report to the Project Director about projects progression
  • Be involved in strategic decisions
  • Develop a timeline for the completion of projects milestones
  • Responsible for risk management to avoid delays or reputational damage
  • Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
  • Provide advisory services when required
  • Coordinate with Commercial/ Contract Manager to review the contracts (like LOU, BAMA, etc.)
  • Prepare budget for the operation department to gather funding from executives and track the resources allocated to the various projects
  • Prepare proposals to begin a project, which include the materials needed, cost estimates for resources, as well as the projected outcome or product
  • Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
  • Oversee financial KPIs for the projects and ensure project quality
  • Involved in reviewing status reports, invoices, and documents outlining any proposed changes to the project
