Receive and match all the constructional and architectural work from the site contractors and implement them.
Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
Prepare site reports and fill in other paperwork.
Manage relationships with projects of different consultants.
Plan and coordinate site works with other disciplines.
Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
Review the inventory of all business items and its quantities.
Work and review the extracts of the contractors.
Develop a follow-up schedule, respond to emails and coordinate between contractors.
Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil and related works prior to execution.
Carry out all the civil works and equipments installation activities.
Familiar with using the surveying equipment.
Attend regular meeting with the mechanic engineers and consultants to provide an update on project progress.
Report to the Technical Office Engineer as built.
Directly responsible for the safety of all Civil Engineers working on the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all civic related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
