The overall purpose of the role is to provide business support, co-ordination of change activity and troubleshooting of queries relating to integrations into or out of the Core HR Suite (SAP Success Factors).˙This entails consulting with business stakeholders for new requests, or changes to existing integrations, working with the HR IT team, to ensure changes and requirements are understood and the maintenance of the backlog using JIRA.˙ The role acts as a translator and facilitator between the business and technical teamsKey Responsibilities:

  • Provides consulting services on changes to existing integrations, ensuring that any requests are of sufficient clarity that HRIT teams are able to build ?right first time?
  • Support new integration requests by following Change Forum processes ensuring that requirements are correctly specified, business cases, funding and data privacy requirements are understood
  • Manage integrations change workflow via JIRA in coordination with HRIT team and the HR Integrations Manager
  • Liaison with HRIT team for integration queries, root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Maintain accurate documentation on integration inventory, business contacts and the new build pipeline
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring, through adhering to processes and escalation to HR Integrations Manager where appropriate
  • The jobholder is expected to adhere to the Change Framework and program / portfolio governance standards to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring and articulate the role of process in business architecture
