Support the Chair and the Chief Executive in ensuring that the organisation?s governance arrangements are compliant with charity and company law and best practice;
Oversee the framework by which the organization monitors and reports compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the organisation has robust risk management and policy frameworks in place and that they are fully operational.
