Job Description

Job PurposeTo ensure that various aspects of the HR Operations and Facilities are delivered on high standard support services to˜ enable new and existing Employee positive customer experience.˜Main Accountabilities

  • Ensure the Job Purpose happens˜
  • Treat all customers, peers and colleagues with integrity and collaboration to ensure driving a high performance˜ culture.˜
  • Model the core values, develop and enhance use of the BCo Universal Competencies adhering to the lead-by˜ ExAMPLE competencies˜
  • Comply with all HR & Binzagr Company policies and procedures˜
  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
˜Main Responsibilities
  • Handle buildings by supervising contractors to ensure that all services which are provided to˜ all are up to agreed contractual standards˜
  • Handle all layout planning, new-hire allocations˜
  • Handle building related projects such as movements and relocations˜
  • Handle All Government operational services ( including : GOSI, MUQEEM, HRSD, MOFA, COC,˜ MOI, )˜
  • Handle Employment contracts.˜
  • Report of employees under probation period.˜
  • Processing daily various requests.˜
  • Employees documents filling system.˜
  • Produce relevant reports as required˜
  • Ensure all payments to suppliers are made on a timely basis.˜
  • Ensures Employee filing system is safeguarded and up-to-date.˜
  • Ensure smooth Employee off boarding˜
  • Participate cross-functional HR projects˜˜
  • Build strong business relationship with coworkers˜
  • Understand labor laws and regulations in line with the HR Operations practices
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional˜ publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission and goals by achieving set goals
  • Coaches, manages, and develops team, actively supporting their professional growth
  • Updating employees records on SAP.˜
  • Supervision all daily operation task
  • Explain personnel and HR operations process and answers business?s inquires
  • Handle Employees air ticket manual requests˜
  • Prepare Medical checkup letters for candidates.˜
  • Handle the implementation of HR policies, practices in line with Saudi labour laws and requirements.
  • Assist all branches? HR operations and government related to activities are efficiently and effectively delivered
  • Updating employees records on SAP
  • Processing daily various requests
  • Explain personnel and HR operations process and answers business?s inquires
