Provide day-to-day HRIS support to internal stakeholders
Support the development and maintenance of all HRIS elements, including, but not limited to, data management, workflows/automation, integrations, internal controls, system upgrades, configuration, policy mapping, and security management
Serve as a technical resource to assist in report building, querying/analyzing data, automating processes, and system implementations
Perform routine audits and maintain the data integrity of our HRIS
Assist in the development of user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training for current and new systems
Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies to streamline data flow
Partner closely with the HR team to ensure our HRIS is optimized to deliver a best-in-class employee experience
