Job Description

Contribute in developing and Implementing strategies designed to maximize the return on˙ investment through increase sales and profit margin as well as optimize inventory whilst developing,˙ implementing and monitoring annual financial (sales, profit and inventory) plans .˙Accountabilities˙Financial Targets:˙

  • Lead the monitoring process of commercial division performance through developing and˙ updating full set of dashboards to ensure delivering corporate financial targets (sales, profit and˙ inventory targets).˙˙
  • Maintain and update plans (sales, profit, inventory) by constantly monitoring sales performance,˙ market trends and other relevant economic factors (e.g. challenges in the region etc.) to ensure all˙ financial targets are being achieved˙
  • Commercial Strategy:˙
  • Develop Assortment Plans through the lead of the Planners based on stores? clusters to ensure˙ the alignment with sales, inventory, margin plan and commercial strategy and ensure customers˙ satisfaction.˙˙
  • Operations:˙
  • Manage and monitor the development and execution of annual sales, inventory and profit plans˙ using historical data, category strategy information, forecast plans in order to set up targets for˙ other functions within the company (e.g. buying team, category team, store operations teams,˙ replenishment team) and drive profitability˙
  • Implement and manage on ongoing bases the Merchandize Financial Module and Category˙ Management Module (Oracle system) by gathering requirements, regular monitoring and constant˙ evaluation of data quality and accuracy in order to ensure standardization of the planning process˙
  • Department Management:˙
  • Manage and lead the assigned team by managing performance, tracking and monitoring˙ productivity and individual KPIs, motivating and applying reward and recognition HR policy along˙ with corrective actions as per the case to in order to achieve department goals˙
  • Build a high performance team by providing continuous development opportunities through˙ development conversations and other formal (e.g. training) and informal (e.g. coaching)˙ development options in order to ensure performance objectives are met.˙
  • Optimize commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by balancing sales, inventory and profit˙ through impact analysis and quantification to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are˙ achieved˙
  • Employee?s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may˙ perform other duties as assigned.˙
