Manage sales employees and ensure they understand AMF approach to sales and service, and can accurately perform showroom procedures
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, monitoring, and providing feedback to sakes staff
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Monitoring the staff attendance and behavior
Develop and implement the overall store strategy.
Monitor day to day store operations
