So, whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.The opportunityWe are looking for an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a total experience of 5+ years who can understand business requirements and other technical specifications, to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team.Key Profile Requirements:* Qualified Chartered Accountant* 5+ years of experience, Finance SMR with Oracle Fusion and EBS experience, preferably with big 4 and/or financial industry* Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies* Maintenance and enhancements to existing Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management* Participate in design reviews and discussions* Map client requirements against Oracle EBS/Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management* Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore* Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs* Prepare quality deliverables* Prepare test scripts and test cases* Conduct trainings* Prepare quality deliverables* Support Project Management Office (PMO)Key Responsibilities:* Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables* Technical Design, Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components* Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation* Contribution to process review and improvement* ˙Deliver PoCs, Mentoring team* ˙Implement best practices, following development life cycle processWhat we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
