To ensure full compliance of GSK and legal policies. Qualification: University degree (Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred)/ACCA Graduate JDE and SAP financial systems experience is a plus Good command over Excel. Experience in shared services P2P environment Key Responsibilities: Vendors, employees and intercompany payments Get vendors statements, send payment confirmation, and prepare reconciliations Support business on vendors, POs, payments related queries and issues Ensure P2P KPI compliance Maintain track of all imports and custom bayans Balance sheet reconciliations Employee float & loans reconciliation and balance confirmation Journal preparation and posting Follow up in tax returns preparations and payments Support self-inspection, ICFW and internal audits Accountability Ensuring deliveries of the objectives/monthly tasks as per agreed timelines Timely follow up, approval and payments related to vendors and employees.
