Job Description

Role Purpose:The jobholder is responsible for preparing sales documentation RFQ, PO, and other related?invoices. Also, he is responsible for collecting payments from customers in coordination with the accounting department.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales department on all administrative tasks.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Follow-up with the Logistics personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Receives POs from the customers and passes to the sales department.
  • Follows up, facilitates, and manages the payments collection process with customers.
  • Facilitates payment process for suppliers in coordination with the accounting department.??
  • Prepares periodical reports on sales administration, the collections process, and department expenses.
  • Prepares sales administration documents such as requests for a quotation (RFQ), purchasing orders (PO), and other related invoices.?
