Business Cutover & Hypercare Manager - IT - UAEJob No:3469306Location:UAERole Profile:Accountable for ensuring the Business Cutover Plans full and complete, delivered and executed on time and in full for a successful Go Live. Curates the Business facing Hypercare plan and acts as a key POC. Leads a team of Cutover&Hypercare leads to manage the multiple concurrent Go LivesThe below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:* Manages and coordinates a team of Business Cutover& Hypercare Leads across multiple concurrent Go Lives in a Portfolio* Oversees execution of the cutover plans at a Portfolio level identifying mitigation plans for risks and issues highlighted by the Cutover leads or other stakeholders* Drives inputs to the Business Cutover plan for continuous improvement and ensure a consistent methodology* Acts as the Business Cutover representative in the planning of the Technical Cutover and Data Migration Plans, identifying risks and issues* Accountable for the overall management of the Business Cutover Plans* Communicate the cutover plan to all stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment* Accountable to represent the Business Cutover readiness at key governance forums not limited to Sub- Programme Boards, BRGs and Go No Go* Accountable to ensure that Business Cutover is represented in and participates in Cutover Checkpoints* Engages Product Directors, BPMs, and BPOs to ensure that Cutover and Hypercare plans are robust aligned with other resourcing or other priorities and conflicts* Collaborates with the BPOs, Product Directors and Technical Cutover leads to manage risks, time and quality to ensure the functional cutover is both efficient and effective* Liaises with Cutover Managers in other Portfolios to surface and mitigate conflicts or clashes* Accountable to manage Business Cutover risks and issues, propose mitigating actions and escalate as needed* Accountable for continuous improvement to the Business Cutover Process through application of Lessons Learnt from each cutover* Accountable to plan and manage the Hypercare Plans and process from a Business perspective, works with the Transition manager and Cutover/Hypercare Manager to develop the overall Hypercare plan* Accountable for the effective running of the Support and Solutions Hub during the Hypercare period,* Accountable as key POC for the Senior Business stakeholders to support risks, issues, and functional support during the Hypercare periodKnowledge:* A good commercial understanding of business IT systems and interdependenciesExperience:* (Ideally) coming from the Business/commercial teams with experience relevant to the Portfolio they will support* Formal or informal experience of running projects and/or managing critical paths and deadlines* A current leader or manager who can demonstrate diverse and broad experience as well as knowledge of the business processes related to the portfolio they will support or can demonstrate the ability to upskill and learn at pace* Can demonstrate having trained, supported, and led teams thru new process adoption* Experience in change management delivery (formal or informal)* Experience in managing, leading, and working in cross-functional teamsSkills:* A strong communicator, able to influence and challenge in a constructive way* Able to communicate in a way that builds trust and confidence amongst peers and senior stakeholders* Demonstrable Presentation Skills* Demonstrable ability and experience of managing and influencing in a matrix structure, upwards, across and downwards* Demonstrates both a structured and detailed approach* Demonstrates a common sense and commercial approach to decision making* Can evidence a clear approach to prioritization to manage conflicts and complexity* A customer-first approach, confident and experienced in interacting in a multi-functional / multi-discipline environmentAdvertised:7 Jun 2022Application close:7 Jul 2022
