eMagine Solutions have been exclusively retained by the hottest tech accelerator company in the Middle East.They are disrupting the FMCG and Mini Market space in the GCC.Are you looking to switch to the e-commerce industry and earn top commissions?We are working with an aggregator providing digital solutions to the down market channel (Baqala), looking for a Sales Team Lead in charge of opening the market and getting the brand known.

  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base, developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets, motivate employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better, rather than harder.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff, define sales job requirements, assisting in the search for the best candidates and taking part in the interview process
  • Hit sales targets and achieve growth, continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.
