Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Arrange Valet parking for clients in coordination with RMs
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the Reception area & Meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Order front office supplies, and keep an inventory of stock and prepare the expenses sheet on a monthly basis

  • Office maintenance
  • Maintain accurate RM?s meetings log in coordination with HR
  • Perform other clerical receptionist and secretarial duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing????.etc
