The main objective of this position is to maintaine , and Monitor Seazen infrastructures on cloud and On-premise˜Key Responsibilities ? Manage and maintain SeaZen Infrastructure work incidents and related to Local Servers,Cloud Azure, VMware, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi network , and VeemBackup? System design, configuration, testing, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows 2016R2/2022R2, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, and Internet Information Services? Infrastructure and network administration including DHCP, DNS, Fortinet Firewall configuration, Azure Virtual Networks, and remote VPN and site-to-site tunnel administration and troubleshooting? Monitor and maintain the backup infrastructure and associated jobs with servers logs? Monitor network and security systems and provision network and security changes in line with change control process? Update and maintain operational documentation Infrastructure for all locations? Provide out of hours support and participate in 24x7 on-call rotas from branches , if required? Proactively monitor and report on availability, performance and capacity for infrastructure systems? Ensure operational monitoring and alerting tools are fit for purpose, correctly configured and up to date on an ongoing basis (currently Microsoft SCOM)? Conduct incident root cause analysis, issue identification, resolution and/or escalations associated with Logs? Manage issues and relationships with 3rd party service providers and partners˜
