Verifying Material purchase as requested by the engineers.Coordination with technicianSending out inquiry for requested materialNew parts of equipment and spares knowledge is preferable to reduce maintenance cost on machinesNegotiating rates and payment termsInventory update from store teamStock review with production & storePrice finalizationOrganizing emergency purchase itemsVerifying price and preparing comparison sheetSupplier quality and delivery rating reviewDistributing purchase orders local and import.P.O material movement and follow-up with supplierCollaboration with Staff Members to meet standardDelivery and coordination update to store and production team for incoming materialMaintaining and Reviewing Records of purchased itemsWorking on ERP system is a must, experience in E-promise software is preferable.Cross verifying goods against the P.O and quality of material deliveredMIS report preparationReceiving supplier tax invoice and acknowledging the sameSupplier meeting and creating new accountsSupplier payment request and follow up with accounts for cheque updatesExperience in the market and has different recourses to aquifer material at the most competitive rates.Minimum experience 4 years
