Job objectiveLeverage the organization?s information assets to develop automated reports and dashboards for diverse business users. Analyze customer usage behavior and product performance. Deliver timely, accurate and meaningful customer information to business stakeholders. Develop key performance indicators specific to each product/segment to understand drivers of business performance. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure data availability and accuracy.??ResponsibilitiesStrategic? Ability to draw strategic and operational insights from internal and external data and clearly communicate them to the Operational and Business Users.? Perform scenario-based analysis to help understand and predict customer behavior? Deliver business intelligence dashboards, reports and presentations to all levels of the organization.Financial? Orgainze and manage customer information assets and develop KPIs for multiple stakeoholders across the orgazniation.? Identify markers for customer lifecycle events to predict shifts in customer behavior, and identify significant risks and opportunities based on customer base scan? Proactively analyze trends in customer usage and identify areas for improving the performance of existing products and services.Operational? Develop automated reports, visualizations and dashboards to share performance information across the organization (Business Objects & Power BI experience preferred)? Execute SQL queries to extract data from multiple data sources to analyze product/segment performance.? Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying customer behavior and usage trends pro-actively ? Good data visualization and data representation skills ? Strong in data validation and cross referencing data from multiple sourcesPeople? Able to converse in business terms when presenting analyses to business users.? Conduct end user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of BI technologies.? Develop strong working relationship with IT and BI vendors/systems integrators.? Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction with BI deliverables.???
