VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.VAM Systems is currently looking for Core Banking Production Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:Knowledge & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of T24 experience in application production supportHands on experience in local customization of T24 modules (screen design, local referencefields, versions, enquires etc.)Hands on product knowledge in T24 Modules -Retail Modules, Corporate Banking modules,Islamic Banking, SecuritiesKnowledge on TAFC and TAFJGood Knowledge in T24 Lending, Deposits, Account, Arrangement Architecture, and FundsTransferGood Knowledge in troubleshooting routines in both TAFC and TAFJ environmentGood Knowledge in OFS processing and troubleshooting the issues.Experience in Temenos integration platform.Sound knowledge in browser configuration through JBoss / WebLogicGood banking domain knowledgeExperience in trouble shooting T24 performance issues by analyzing various logs atapplication level and integration levelsOverall understanding of integrated systems and good skills in troubleshooting.Good knowledge on providing business solutions as per the system functionality.Hands-on experience in conducting DR and BCP processes and activities for core bankingand integrated applications.Hands-on experience on handling production incidents as per agreed SLAs and OLAs.Should work well in both team environment and individual assignmentsKnowledge of Islamic Banking concepts- Shariah Principles is added advantage.Main TasksIdentify and diagnose issues and problemsCategorize and record reported queries and provide solutionsSupport problem identificationAdvise users on appropriate course of actionMonitor issues from start to resolutionEscalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of supportProvide essential online security advise and supportTerms and conditionsJoining time frame: (15 - 30 days)The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Banks in Bahrain.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
