??????Responsible for managing all operations. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets. Agreeing on annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue & profits.??????Responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated strategies and ensuring the adherence of guidelines and brand visibility.??????Develop short-term? and long-term plans based on the overall organisational as well as local goals and objectives??????Ensure that the organisational goals and objectives are uniformly understood and executed??????Manage the P&L as a primary responsibility??????Scale and sustain? the local operations by exceeding revenue, profit & strategic targets??????Formulating targets and incentive plans for the sales team in line with the operating plans??????Identify partnership and marketing opportunities.
