Job Description

Purpose of the job:You will be responsible for the effectiveness of the Marketing & CRM departments toimprove Brand position and Customer ExperienceEnsure that an acceptable standard of Quality Management System is maintained inaccordance with recognized working practice and company?s Quality Manual andPolicy.? To actively improve the overall brand position & Customer experience? Developing yearly marketing budget & planning marketing calendar for the year? Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brandpositioning and awareness.? Monitoring competitor activity.? Comply with the brand marketing guidelines? Analyzing pricing positions.? Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues.? Developing Marketing opportunities? Maintaining and building contacts with media.? Preparing photo shoots? Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.? Securing sponsorships to assist with publicity and funding of marketing projects.? Formulation of Sales and marketing programs to ensure best return on investment? Finalizing, monitoring and controlling of marketing budget.? Liaising with ad agencies for developing brand, tactical and corporate campaigns.? New model launch, motor shows, press conferences, press release & customer retention activities.? Handling of all PR Activities and Interaction with PR agencies? To grow and develop the Customer database? To ensure the CRM team are accurately recording all data.? Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, prepare timely reports based on customer feedback and have the same sent to the line manager from time to time.? Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources and if required escalate the same to the line manager.? Manage customer accounts ensuring that all relevant data is recorded for the existing and any new customer added to the database. In case of incomplete data, coordinate with relevant staff for the required information and follow up until you received the same.? To provide detailed reports to your line manager monthly for both Marketing &CRM
