Amaken is currently recruiting for a Local Company a Sales & Marketing Manager position to join their team in Bahrain:Key Role:?????????Meeting & providing presentations to Architect?s, developers, designers to generate business and sales leads.?????????Ensure targets set by organization are achieved.?????????Overseeing retail operations ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.?????????Develop customer education plan and design/alter showroom experience to support the plan?????????Provide feedback (successes, customer objections and product opportunities) to management for future positioning and development??????????Propose and manage local events and networking/partnership activities that promote high customer attendance, create customer advocacy, and drive measurable sales results.?????????Carry out team meetings and conduct staff training in order to train and communicate product knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and product strategy?to establish relationships with new customers.?????????Monitoring sales performance and team?s performance. Provide monthly and quarterly sales projections based on showroom activity??????????Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities??????????Define the ideal team structure for the showroom experience for future showroom openings.All other job-related duties, as assigned?????????Provide all necessary progress reports on a regular and as required basis
