We will work with them to assess their needs, before matching them with the best hardware and software suppliers, all at the lowest possible rates.???????Plan, develop and deliver training for all new and current telesales and field sales associates.???????Develop individualized training plans for underperforming salespersons.???????Develop long term training plans, to ensure the retention of information.???????Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams.???????Observe telesales encounters and determine the training needed for individuals and/or telesales teams.???????Develop a plan to observe field sales, their tactics and results to support them in increasing their sales.???????Inspire both our field sales and telesales associates, by supporting them in achieving and exceeding their targets, creating an environment of growth and opportunities.???????Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance in a far fashion.???????Improve training techniques when they need to meet the unique demands of certain accounts and/or the corporate sales market at large.???????Meet financial objectives for various trainings.???????Recommend budget for training events and monitor costs during the program.???????Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment.
