  • Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology;
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;

  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies;
  • Become a product expert and constantly grow.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in Technical/Customer Support;
  • Strong troubleshooting skills;
  • Basic technical knowledge with one or more of the following domains: Https, Proxy, HTML, database;
  • Basic understanding of operating systems;
  • Analytical & Research Skills;
  • Customer oriented and responsible attitude.
Will be a great plus:
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM system;
  • Experience with engineers;
  • Technical background.
