Responsible for proposal development, pricing and selling strategy for HVAC equipment replacement with controls and energy services, negotiating price and contractual terms and conditions. Exposure in Energy Audit would be an advantage.
Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.
