  • Definition and commitment to the values ??and culture of the institution.
  • Implementing the organizations strategic plans and ensuring that the objectives set by the Board are met.
  • Suggesting investments and projects that the institution can enter into.
  • Ensuring the activation of the institutions organizational structure in line with the institutions strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the negotiations and the signing of contracts and agreements authorized by the Board, which help in the success, continuity and development of the institution.
  • Reviewing acquisitions and discussing them with the Board to take appropriate recommendations.
  • Strengthening the image of the institution and its commercial objectives for the community and establishing and strengthening relations with external parties that would contribute to achieving the objectives of the institution.
  • Proposing a matrix of financial and administrative powers that ensures the flow and dynamism of work and submitting it to the Council for approval.
  • Reviewing the operational results of the organization and comparing the results with the objectives set and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are taken in case of deviations.
  • Supervising the adequacy and soundness of the financial structure of the institution.
Human capital management and work environment:
  • Work with the Council to select the appropriate human cadre to run the institution in various disciplines in order to achieve the desired goals.
  • Creating a work environment based on a culture of performance, innovation and motivation towards achieving the best results in accordance with the approved objectives.
  • Making a decision regarding the appointment of new employees in consultation with the Board, according to the requirements of each stage in the organization and to serve the objectives set for that stage.
  • Setting performance measures for members of the executive management.
Reports:
  • Approval of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and all executive management reports.
  • Presenting the quarterly financial statements to the Audit Committee.
  • Review reports, recommendations, and issues presented by the executive management, and provide guidance as needed.
  • Submitting periodic reports to the Board on the organizations plans and performance and any other important issues.
Legal Aspects:
  • Ensure the appropriateness of the legal status of the institution and its full compliance with all applicable laws, including courts, regulatory bodies, and any other bodies.
  • Representing the institution in the courts and before third parties or delegating this authority to the appropriate employees.
Communication and performance:
  • Act as an official spokesperson for the institution.
  • Addressing the board, committees and stakeholders periodically regarding the institutions performance and its future direction.
  • Encouraging and regulating internal and external communications and creating a transparent and cooperative work environment.
  • Ensure that there is proper and effective communication across the organization.
