Supervised the team member who receives registration requests from a dedicated dashboard, and extracts the location and passenger data to feed them into the route optimizer2. Initiates the route optimization process to confirm the eligibility of the request3. Approves or rejects the requests based on the route optimizer outcomes and the eligibility criteria and communicates the decision to the Customer Experience team to notify the parents of the status of the requestRoute Planning:1. Supervise and study the Route Optimizer outcomes, identifies the best suitable outcome, and introduce improvements to the route if required based on road traffic conditions data2. Creates a route to fulfill the requests or modify any existing routes and add the passengers to that route3. Communicates any changes in the routes to the trip monitoring team to ensure the requests are fulfilled4. Communicates any new generated routes to the trip monitoring team to ensure the fulfillment of the requestsRoute Optimization:1. Receives any concerns and feedback from Trip Monitoring Team on the operational routes and assesses the urgency of the concern and rates based on the Standard Operating Procedure2. Conducts any urgent route optimization requirement based on the pre-determined rating/urgency of the concern to continuously optimize existing routes3. Runs monthly route optimizations to address any route concerns and feedback to ensure the most optimized solution is well implemented4. Optimizes the routes by taking into consideration fuel efficiency, trip efficiency, bus occupancy, and any other operational costs that are identified in the standard operating procedures.Personal Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environment:1. Maintaining proper personal hygiene, and being presentable for the workplace2. Follows all Health, Safety, and Environment rules mandated by the management and the Ministry of Health
