Job Description

  • Coordinate with entire sales team for sales related activities involving:
  • To be part of sales review meetings, capture the proceedings and ensure that inputs are recorded and follow ups are done as per timelines
  • Prepare sales orders and monitor the sales order until the customer invoice stage
  • Maintaining the customer database
  • Tender preparation
  • Vendor registration at new customer.
  • Extending support to sales team for quotations/tender/POR
  • MIS management
  • Organizing /Scheduling sales review meeting
  • Back office support for sales team
