Our client is a 100% Omani owned company with over 160 employees, operating in several sectors including energy, infrastructure, transportation and HVAC. Their various business units provide solutions to oil & gas, fire & security, in vehicle monitoring systems and trading to name a few.what we offerYour salary is a tax free all-inclusive salary! Next to that all other benefits as per Omani labor law.descriptionThe client is seeking for a qualified Sales Manager for selling Security Systems, ICT & Telecom Solutions to the strategic accounts.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to deal close, and ongoing account management;
  • Responsible for providing guidance and training to sales team members, setting sales quotas and targets, analyzing sales data, assigning territories, and building a team;
  • Building a strong relationship and understanding of customers needs as the key to building a long-lasting relationship;
  • To be specific when it comes to sales forecasting, coaching, the sales team to advance opportunities, and the identification of red flags that hinder our pipeline;
  • Develop the vendor base and get the best agreement for projects and have good relationships with manufacturers and ensure partner levels;
  • Proactively deliver the strategy for revenue and margin growth in the Security and ELV Systems, ICT, and Telecom Systems offerings across the Sultanate of Oman within all verticals, especially Oil & Gas, Industrial and Utilities, CNI Projects, Government, Hospitality and Education Industry;
  • Deliver sales revenues from new customers. This will include creating, maintaining and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organized approach;
  • Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets;
  • Work with the internal teams to develop robust client solutions and managed services propositions.
