Job Description

Summary of the

  • To conduct energy audit and suggest necessary Energy Efficiency Upgrades & Connected Services, with necessary documentation and ROI calculations. Handled projects to a tune of >2.5M USD (Approx. RO 1M) in the field of Energy Efficiency Upgrades & Connected Services.
  • To perform energy audit on HVAC / System / Equipments.
  • To plan & execute chilled water type HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers along with trouble shooting of air-side equipment), as assigned.
  • To do pre-commissioning checks and start-up of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment as per regional standards and get Consultant / Client approval.
  • To review designs for correctness, plan of all supplies and site activities for effective utilization of resources, for timely completion and delivering committed profitability.
  • Planning and ordering of all site requirements (Principal, suppliers & local vendors).
  • Planning of site activities for effective utilization of resources and for timely completion & execution of job with desired quality.
  • To lead team of Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labours to complete assigned scope.
  • Execution of job with desired quality, safety and comply with HSSE requirements.
  • Coordination with Client?s site representative as required.
  • Coordination with Contractor?s site representative for day today activities.
  • Generate visit report / work completion report / other documentation and ensure job closure.
  • Trouble shooting of HVAC&R System / Equipment and other System / Equipments as required.
  • Working knowledge on Chilled Water, VRV, DX, System / Equipments.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to use MS office & Planning Software.
  • Lead generation.
  • Cash flow management.
  • Cost control and optimization.
  • Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Internal and external customer service satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills in dealing with local vendors.
