? Proactive and driver approach to business needs to achieve business targets provided. Handled business to a tune of>2.5M USD (Approx. RO 1M) in the field of HVAC System / Equipment Replacements.? Ability to diversify in business approach and mitigate any challenges to ensure business results are in line withrequirements.? Ability to understand and maintain gross margin as per business requirements.? Ability to think and provide out of box solutions.? Determine needs, develop and execute an account or opportunity specific business plan to identify the long term,mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.? Ability to add new clients while retaining and growing existing client accounts.? Convert leads into potential solutions by qualifying, applying the appropriate sales process, identifying the requiredproject team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.? Being a good team player and keen to upgrade knowledge as per evolving product development and market needs andtrends.? Gather and validate preliminary information via on-line research, social media platforms (), networking, facilitywalkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements as the case may be.? Ability to promote service sales business on social media platforms to reach out to key clients and develop them fromprospects to clients.? Responsible for proposal development, pricing and selling strategy for HVAC System / Equipment replacement withcontrols, Re-commissioning & Commissioning of System / Equipment.? Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.? Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.? Excellent written and oral communication skills.? Working knowledge on ERP / SAP system.? Working knowledge of Chilled Water, VRV, DX, System / Equipments.
