Job Description

Immediate Hiring!MicroBIM - a fast-growing international startup opening a regional office in Egypt - looking forward to hiring smart Mechanical Engineers who have exclusive experience in technical office work for Fire Protection.Job role:

  • Prepare 3D fire protection system layouts and/or schematics for conceptual and detailed designs of advanced complexity in Revit.
  • Apply project drawing standards to design drawings and 3D model
  • Develop and review fire protection specifications, including design criteria
  • Check work done by other fire protection designers
  • Perform Clash detection across other disciplines and solving them.
  • Deliver training to clients remotely on our in-house software.
  • Doing per job Hydraulic Calculations and submit nodes drawings.
  • Ability to discuss and support the team design decisions.
  • Manage and work on multiple projects in parallel.
  • Team Leadership and effective time management.
Must-haves:
  1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Master Command in Revit (Fire Protection is a must)
  3. At Least 6 years of related experience.
  4. Self-motivated to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Solid experience using BIM 360.
  6. Excellent background and proven experience in NFPA Code and other international Fire codes.
  7. Excellent command of English
  8. Excellent communication skills.
  9. Proven Experience in BIM Project delivery.
Good to Have:
  1. Ability to author dynamo scripts.
  2. Familiarity with design, detailing, and doing Hydraulic Calculations using PipeFAB for Revit.
  3. Excellent learner and problem solver.
  4. PMP
The job is completely remote.We Offer:Competitive SalariesAnnual bonuses.Annual salary increment.Senior Salary : 1100-1600 USD / Month + Annual Bonus
