and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARYThe Intern is primarily responsible for providing customer service support and handling sales task on daily basis.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThis position is accountable for the following end results:˜

  1. To Work on Dispute management˜closely.
  2. Customer complain handling.
  3. To process all customer complaints in SAP.
  4. Customer not on E-billing, Ensure to arrange the dispatching of the invoice on time.
  5. Would be the recipient of all customers who have rejected E-billing
  6. To able to process orders on SAP and back up support for CSO.
  7. Close co-ordination with Credit and collection team˜in terms of customer receivables.
  8. To ensure Billing done on timely manner for customers like PDO &˜MOH
  9. To meet the customized requirement for invoice submission.
  10. Timely closure of all disputes and ensure the invoices are ready of collection team on collect.
  11. To ensure the invoices are submitted to the customer with the required supporting documents on time.
  12. Print & arrange to send invoices for month end dispatch for consolidated customers.
  13. Create manual invoices for specific customers (customized requirement for government entities)
  14. Arrange dispatch of invoice on time, by courier/manual disptach
  15. Customer visits to assist with credit collections as & when required.
